Am I more offended by the space, or am I more offended by the cheap one-piece tub insert? I can’t decide.

The courteous thing to do would be to leave that baseboard in the cabinet and cut it down later after the sheetrock guy finishes. But now the sheetrocker is just gonna bust off that piece, and the carpenter will have to come back out anyways...

This is what happens when the plumbers show up to install the bathtubs before the drywallers show up to do the drywall prep and the site super has his head too far up his ass to notice until after they’re done painting.

Can I shoot you an email about houses, rehab, selling, best options, etc?
